Bales of hay are so fun. They remind me of when I was a little girl. I lived on a farm until I was 7. Mainly cows and chickens... and a couple very large garden spots. My uncle would store the big round bales in the unused half of the chicken house. My sister and I would sneak in and climb all over the bales. I am sure that there were snakes and all sorts of critters living in them, but as children we never thought about any of that. We just knew that it was fun to use them like slides until they were falling apart.
Yet another first. This is my first time to take part in Touch Up Tuesday.
Both images were cropped the same. I then used Coffee Shop Blog's Perfect Portrait 2 and Soft and Dreamy Texture Action with an orange tint. I added two more textures on top of that.
Another photo to add to the Country Charm collection. I played around with this photo for a long time. I had it in full color, the version above, and black and white. This is the one that my husband picked. I wasn't over the top about any of the edits. It just seems like it needs something, but I couldn't figure it out when I was editing. It will come to me I am sure when I look at it in a few days.
I think that I am going to start a series called Country Charm. This is one of the photos from that collection. I am looking forward to working on this series. I already have several great ideas for shots. I will share them as I go along.
